Creative ways to eat protein cookie dough

8 Sneaky (and Smart) Ways to Fit Protein Cookie Dough Into Your Meals

We love our protein cookie dough, and judging by how fast it flies out of our stock rooms, we know you do, too. However, we also totally get that everything gets a little boring if you just eat the same exact way every day.

Luckily, you don’t need to take a break from FUUL and sacrifice all the good it has to offer. You can mix it into foods to enjoy the benefits while also changing up the experience.

Here are our top eight creative ways to eat protein cookie dough that add a fun twist to everyday meals!

1. Ice Cream Concretes

Everybody loves a delicious cookie dough concrete. Now, we know this does not sound very health-friendly, but just relax. We’ll be covering some of those aspects after we go over our 8 ideas.

This is also one of the simplest things you can do. Just take your favorite ice (preferably one that meets our requirements later on) and mix it into your FUUL. You can put it back in the freezer for a bit to firm it up, and then you’ve got a delicious concrete that is packed with our FUUL protein cookie dough.

2. Trail Mix

Cookie dough is more of a sweet treat, and we totally understand that you’re probably not constantly craving sweets. Sometimes, you likely want something salty during snack time.

Well, grab your favorite salted nuts, some pretzels, maybe some seeds, and shake them all up in a bag with a bag of FUUL added in

Poof! Since our cookie dough is high on protein and low on sugar, you now have a delicious trail mix that is going to meet that salty craving you have, but you’re also getting a touch of sweetness and all the benefits of FUUL.

This is not only great for when you want something salty, but it’s also a good option if you’re really pushing it hard, and you want more FUUL, but your macros aren’t allowing you to sneak in a second or third bag.

You can fluff it up a bit with the other ingredients. For most people, that’s not a problem, but if you’re replacing a meal entirely or a body builder who burns lots of calories, it can help.

3. Chocolate Dipped

Our cookie dough bites already come in chocolate chip and birthday cake flavors, but hear us out!

This is solely a cheat-day thing because we can’t come up with a single way to do it while staying with the purely healthy theme, but if you allow yourself a cheat-day treat every once in a while, chocolate-dip your protein cookie dough bites

You can purchase that hardening chocolate shell sauce the ice cream shops use from basically any grocery store, lay your protein cookie dough bites out on a baking sheet, drizzle them with the sauce, and put them in the freezer for just about 10 minutes.

They won’t freeze through and hurt your teeth, but that chocolate shell will form very quickly. The reason we recommend the freezer is that you’ll be eating all your cookie dough bites, and you don’t want the shell to melt on the last few bites you have.

This is extremely tasty, but it’s going to add a load of sugar to your FUUL. So, do it sparingly. You might even want to only do half the bag instead of the whole thing to help keep your macros in check somewhat.

4. Banana Pudding and Cookies

An age-old American treat is banana pudding with vanilla wafer cookies in it. Well, we don’t sell vanilla wafers, but our protein cookie dough bites will taste just as great in this traditional dessert

In fact, you might even like it more. We do.

5. Cookie Dough Crispy Treats

Nothing says “treat” more than a traditional Rice crispy bar. It’s puffed rice cereal, marshmallows, and butter.

We can’t mention brand names, but another hot take on that classic includes cereal with a little Leprechaun as the mascot, some people use those fruity rings with the parrot, and all kinds of other twists.

So, why not use FUUL?

While not healthy, and even our recommendation section can’t fix that, this is more useful than those other options, because you get a lot of protein added to what is otherwise junk food.

6. Protein Bars

Our protein cookie dough bites are the antithesis of protein bars. We made them as a solution to those old and boring things. However, FUUL might actually make that idea a lot better.

Take some protein cookie bites, melt down some peanut butter, add in some seeds or nuts, and mix it all up. Spread that out thickly on a cookie sheet, and put it in the fridge for about an hour.

You can cut that big sheet into bars, wrap them with plastic wrap, and poof. You have your own protein bars with protein cookie dough bites mixed in

7. A Nut Alternative

If you can’t eat nuts, or you simply don’t like them, protein cookie dough bites can be used as a great replacement in almost any dessert-like recipe that doesn’t have to be baked.

8. Dessert Pizza with a Touch of Protein

This is the ultimate cheat day thing. Find a yummy dessert pizza recipe, and add in your protein cookie dough bites as one of the toppings.  Sure, it’s not exactly health food, but our bites are light on calories, and hey, life’s supposed to have a little fun between all the gains.

Recommendations for Your Well-Being

Only a couple of the recommendations would be seen as healthy eating options. Mixing in protein cookie dough bites makes it a little better, but even FUUL can’t fully balance out all those other ingredients.

However, you can minimize the impact those other ingredients have

If possible, try to make these from scratch. Wholesome ingredients, even if they’re not things health enthusiasts love, are way better than processed garbage.

Also, if you know of or can find a healthy alternative to an unhealthy ingredient, such as using a plant-based ice cream to cut back on the bad fats and sugar, try it out. The more you minimize the negative impact of those other ingredients, the more you can justify it.
